Shipping Policy

Local Fulfilment

We partner with an international network of print labs connected by smart software, enabling us to process orders digitally and fulfil them closer to our customers. This reduces shipping distances for many of our products and significantly lowers carbon emissions — a small change that makes a big difference.

 

Production

Amy Francesca Designs operates a print on demand business model and every product is handmade to order. Consequently, production times will vary according to product type and shipping times may be different.

As noted above, the production time varies by product type, but most products are made within 1-3 working days. However, for more complex products, (such as Eco Canvas Prints and Framed Cork Pinboards) production can take up to 5 working days.  Please bear with us as we create and deliver your order.

 

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination. Please note that delivery times are in addition to the production times.

Here are the general estimates for standard delivery:

  • UK to UK: 2-3 working days
  • EU to EU: 5-7 working days
  • US to US: 4-6 working days
  • UK to EU: 5-7 working days
  • UK/EU to US: 10-15 working days

Additionally, orders shipped via courier usually arrive within 1-6 working days.

 

We strive to dispatch your order as promptly as possible. Please note, however, that delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by third-party services.

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual during the Christmas period, in the event of postal strikes, or in cases of extreme weather. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Some of our shipments are sent via a tracked delivery service. For these tracked services, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and notifications to monitor its progress.

If you opt to have your order delivered to a designated safe place, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you at the point it is left in that location.

 Shipping Fees

All our products are lovingly handcrafted and carefully packed to preserve their quality. We do not mass-produce or bulk-ship, therefore as each item increases the weight and size to your parcel, shipping costs adjust accordingly. This helps us to keep prices fair and ensures that your order arrives in perfect condition. No shortcuts, just thoughtful delivery.

Please be advised that shipping fees may increase because of multiple suppliers fulfilling individual orders.  This information is made clear at checkout.

 

 International Delivery Information

Apart from the UK, we currently deliver to multiple countries within the European Union as well as to Jersey, Guernsey, Switzerland, Norway and the United States. To check whether we ship to your destination and view applicable shipping costs, simply select your location in your shopping basket.

 

Most of our products are eligible for international shipping to the countries which are included within our delivery radius. If a particular product cannot be shipped to a certain country, you will not be able to complete the purchase for this product at checkout.

 

Please note:

  • International shipments may be subject to local import duties. We recommend checking the regulations for your delivery destination before placing your order.
  • For orders that are shipped internationally to the US, duties are currently estimated at around 10%. You as the customer remain responsible for paying all duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • Orders subject to customs processing may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.
  • Due to Brexit-related regulations, duties or customs charges may apply.

 

These charges are outside the control of Amy Francesca Designs who will not be held liable for any unpaid duty charges and/or taxes. If they remain unpaid, your order may not be delivered to you and you will not be eligible for a refund.
