Returns Policy

 

Cancellations

You can cancel and receive a full refund for orders before they are in production. Unfortunately, once in production, we can no longer offer a cancellation and you will be charged for the product costs.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns of unwanted items. However, in cases where items are damaged or incorrect, we may collect them for further investigation. Please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to orders@amyfrancescadesigns.com 

Production issues are rare, but if you do have items with print defects or quality issues, please open a complaint within 2 days of receiving the order. It is important to provide a picture of the affected item so we can investigate the cause and find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Please note that Amy Francesca Designs does not cover the cost of return postage. We also cannot accept responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit. To ensure your items are returned safely, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service and retaining the tracking number for your records. We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery.  It is important to retain proof of delivery.

Product Availability and Order Fulfilment

All items are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to partially fulfil orders or split them into multiple shipments to ensure timely delivery. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you via email.

Promotions and Discounts

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders.

 

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including but not limited to: failure to obtain payment authorization, stock unavailability, or the item not meeting our quality control standards. If your order is altered or cancelled, we will attempt to reach you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, including your email, billing address, or phone number.

 

Product Withdrawal and Pricing Errors

We are not liable to you or any third party for removing products from the website, regardless of whether those items have been sold. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing may occur. If a pricing discrepancy affects a product in your order, we will contact you promptly. We are not obliged to honour or fulfil orders for products listed at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel any such orders, even if they have already been accepted. If you have already paid for an item affected by a pricing error, a refund will be issued as quickly as possible.
